Credit/Collections Manager - Six Months - £40,000 - £50,000 per annum - Remote
An introduction to the company and role:
Delighted to be working with an awesome client who needs a Credit Manager initially for six months to collect outstanding debt and manage a small team ASAP
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Implement quality control measures
- Deliver against agreed finance KPI’s set by the revenue controller.
- Conduct regular audits
- Produce reports for your team's performance
- Identify trends, areas for improvement, and make appropriate changes
- Provide updates to senior management team
- Review debt consolidation strategies
- Oversee debt collection process.
- Improve collection rates
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
What experience do you need?
- Proven experience in debt collection management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
