Credit Controller - Temporary - 30 Hours per week - Reading - £13 - £15 per hour + holiday pay
An international company that are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller on a temporary basis, this role will be working within a close and busy team. The role is up to 30 hours, hybrid working.
Working up to 30 hours per week, very negotiable if you are a working parent who needs to do a school run, the hours can be worked around that. This is a 3 month project.
The Role:
The Credit Controller duties include:
- Receivable Ledger for all entities
- Raise adhoc sale invoices and credit notes
- Invoice entry in various currencies
- Ensure that global VAT codes have been entered correctly
- Process customer receipts
- Validate customer remittances
- Credit control, dealing with overdue balance and send customer statements.
- Resolve any sales team queries
- New Customer applications; setting up in finance system and operating system completing third party vendor forms
- Bank Reconciliations
- Maintain the platform, credit limits and relationship with factoring company
- Report weekly / monthly MTD sales figures
About you:
- Have worked as a Credit controller recently
- Experience with sales invoices
- Be available immediately
- Business Central or MS Dynamics Experience is important
