My client is a long-established global services company based in Reading are currently seeking a Trainee Credit Controller to join their sociable and dynamic team ASAP
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Chasing outstanding debt via telephone and email
- Ensure statements are sent out in a timely manner
- Assisting the sales team
- Updating customer's accounts
- Setting up new customers
- Ad-hoc duties
What experience do you need?
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident with Excel
- Strong attention to detail
