Permanent Fluent Dutch Credit Controller, £30,00-£35,000

Are you a fluent in Dutch and English? Are you able to communicate both orally and in wrtiing in Dutch? Do you have a background in credit control, customer services or administratio ? If you are someone who has fluent Dutch language skills and have experience in credit control or alternatively would like to begin a career in this field then this is a unique opportunity for you to join an impressive organisation.
What will you be doing ?
- Chasing overdue payments on an ongoing basis.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Reconciling accounts and investigating customer queries.
- Setting up payment plans and monitoring the progress.
- Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Solving disputes and conducting credit reviews.
- Utilising collections systems to manage accounts.
- Generating reports and analysing performance against targets.
What do you need to have:
- Extensive experience within Credit Control.
- Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.
- Proficient IT skills, including spreadsheets.
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to build relationships
- A customer-focused approach in resolving disputes.
