Hybrid - Credit Controller - Marlow - £29,500

The Role
Reporting into the Financial Accounting Manager, some of the roles and responsibilities are:
- Applying cash settlement where applicable
- Contact customers to chase payment on invoices
- Build relationships with AP teams / Sales internally on all customers
- Review orders which are on hold assessing whether orders should be released or escalated
- Assist in the creation of the weekly cashflow forecast
- Creation of monthly account statements
- Ad-hoc customer account reconciliations
What you'll need to be successful
- Detailed and hands on approach essential
- At least 3+ years credit control experience
- Excellent telephone manners
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a methodical & organised manner
- Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision
- Proactive and willing to challenge status quo to improve processes and systems
- Good knowledge of excel is essential
- Experience with SAP (advantage)
