12 Month fixed term contract (Dutch Speaking) - Bracknell - paying up to £29,000 depending on experience.

The company

A fantastic well established business based in Bracknell. Due to a rapid period of growth this business are looking for an experienced Credit Controller fluent in Dutch to come in and 'hit the ground running'

The role

  • Collection of outstanding debt from across EMEA customer base

  • Customer risk assessment and credit analysis

  • Query resolution

  • Various reconciliations

  • Cash allocation, credit note and debit note processing to customer account

  • Reconcile disputes promptly and professionally across EMEA

  • Liaise with all necessary stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure customer accounts are fully reconciled

What you'll need to be successful

  • Proven experience as a Credit Controller +2 years

  • Confident, versatile telephone manner

  • Team Player who is happy to work within a Team and add value during busy periods

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Fluency in Dutch
