I am working with a well-established organisation who are currently seeking a Credit Administrator to join their busy, fast paced team.
This is a hugely successful organisation who offer their staff the opportunity to progress and develop.
You will be responsible for assisting the Credit Control team with the administration duties needed to ensure the smooth running of the department, as well as:
Monitoring and cash posting
Allocating and banking of Cheques
Running the AR Register
Investigate and allocate any unapplied cash amounts
Dealing with any queries
Updating the Cash Log sheet daily
What you need to be successful
Confident in working with high volumes of data
Previous experience within a Finance team especially the Credit Control function (Desired)
Experience with cash allocation
Intermediate excel skills including pivot tables and V-look ups
Able to multitask and prioritise work accordingly
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Able to build positive working relationships
