Contract Analyst - £25,000 + Commission - Reading

The company

A new opportunity has opened up for a contracts analyst to join a growing technology company based in Reading who specialise in unique payment and transaction technologies.

You will be responsible for weekly forecasts and customer contracts annuity related to the ERP environment, using a variety of software's including Microsoft Dynamics AX and Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities:

· Identifying trends in customer data and allowing various teams to prioritise on results provided.

· Support the movement of renewals and sales; including renewal quotations and contract cancellations.

· Designing customer reports and managing customer queries to build programs to improve scalability and process these improvements

· Dealing with implications from renewals to the cancellations of contracts

Skills & Experiences:

  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel

  • Strong experience working with Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system

  • Experience of at least one full implementation of an ERP system

  • Knowledge of revenue analysis will be beneficial

  • Experience working within an Agile environment

  • Dynamics AX certification would be advantageous but not essential
