Our Client & About the Role:
I’m delighted to be partnering with a global pharmaceutical business who are going through a very exciting and busy period. You will be supporting and reporting to the Head of Compliance for UK & I. Key features: -
- Lead development, implementation, and enhancement of Ethics and Compliance program for UK & I.
- Manage compliance training, risk assessment, SOP and Policy development, communication, and monitoring.
- Partner with UK Sales, Marketing and Medical teams to ensure adherence to codes of practice and regulations.
- Develop and implement customised compliance training strategies.
- Provide daily guidance on ethics and compliance policy interpretation and implementation.
- Conduct routine monitoring of business activities and risk assessments.
What you will need to be successful
- Strong demonstrable Compliance experience in pharma or medical devices.
- Minimum 2 years working in the Pharmaceutical Industry within Compliance
- Evidence of robust training and practical implementation of in the ABPI code of practice.
- Ability to proactively engage with internal stakeholders.
- Proven record of being able to foster a collaborative way of working and building strong cross-functional relationships and have an ‘auditing’ mindset
- Practical mindset with a focus on ethical principles.
- High attention to detail, be reactive, pragmatic and calm.
