About the Job

This is a senior, client-facing finance leadership role with responsibility for overseeing financial operations across multiple sensistive service lines. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring service excellence while maintaining financial accuracy. The role also plays a pivotal part in driving process improvements, supporting strategic decision-making, and leading and developing a finance team.

Duties will include:

  • Overseeing financial records and ensuring accuracy across all ledgers
  • Managing reconciliations for client and company-held funds
  • Ensuring billing and recharges are completed in line with agreements
  • Monitoring and improving financial processes, controls, and compliance
  • Reviewing foreign exchange activity to reduce cost exposure
  • Building strong relationships with clients and external financial partners
  • Supporting pricing proposals and contributing to new business opportunities
  • Leading the billing function, ensuring timely and consistent invoicing
  • Analysing financial data, including margins and credit notes
  • Producing budgets, forecasts, and KPI reports for senior leadership
  • Supporting audits and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Driving system improvements and implementing new financial tools
  • Managing, mentoring, and developing finance team members
