Cashiering Administrator
£18-23k, Wokingham, almost full remote working
We are recruiting for an award-winning organisation who are recruiting for a Cashiering Administrator who will be responsible for administering of client bank accounts.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the effective administering of client bank accounts, on behalf of clients.
- Responsibility for daily raising of cheques and electronic payments for pensions schemes and progressing their signature and return to administrators within set deadlines.
- Preparing monthly bank reconciliations
- Daily banking
- Maintain cashbooks for pension schemes using CashFac, SAGE & Aviary accounting systems.
About you:
- Previous office-based experience in a finance related role (desirable)
- Working knowledge of an accountancy / cashiering package (desirable)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
