Business Support Clerk European Languages - £17,000 (Part time 12 Months)- Hertfordshire

The company
My client, a world renowned company in Watford are looking for an business support Clerk to support their expanding team.

The role

Responsible for the pricing and rebate master data.

Maintenance and clean-up of data.

Setting up new customers data.

Creating credit notes
Work with the Data Management Organization to ensure that the correct customer master data is maintained.
To understand the operational requirements of key customers.
To ensure that customer account records are kept up to date for audit purposes
To identify and resolve with the data management team any master data errors affecting the OTC process.
To provide support for other members of the team.

What you'll need to be successful
Customer service Experience.
Excellent communication skills with both oral & written.
European Language skills.
An ability to work on own initiative.
Advanced Excel skills.
SAP experience would be an advantage.
Able to work under pressure.
