The company

An impressive business with a superb reputation in their sector are looking for someone with good communication skills and a background in office administration to join them and work closely with their clients.

The role

In this role you will need to be a consummate professional as you will deal with sometimes sensitive and confidential information. The role also includes:

  • Drafting emails

  • Assist with compliance for the business

  • Post timesheets

  • Maintain the database

  • Support the management team with administration.

What you'll need to be successful

To be considered for this role you will need to have a good academic background and also have gained some experience in office administration. Confidentiality and Communication will be key in this role so you will need to be professional and able to communicate very well both verbally and in writing.
