Business Analyst - £28000 - £31000 - 6 month FTC - Berkshire


A growing financial services organisation in Berkshire seek a strong business analyst with a background working within FS. The role will initially be for 6 months with the possibility of extending. The role will be remote for the first few months and will possibly remain this for the entire assignment, although could become hybrid.

The Role:

  • Driving process and system improvement across the business, keeping an awareness of how changes could affect the client experience
  • Attending meetings with key business stake holders to understand key business initiatives outside of your direct team to understand and advice on the processes and tools that would be impacted
  • Working with departmental management to ensure that Management Information can be effectively analysed and utilised
  • Project management
  • Produce MI for management meetings and sales meeting

The Successful Candidate:

You will have strong analytical skills along with a background of driving process improvement within a financial services environment. You will be an organised and self-motivated individual capable of working without much supervision. An understanding of investment management would be a huge advantage.
