Credit & Billings Administrator (Fluent German) - Up To £32,000 - Fully Remote

The company

I am delighted to be partnering with a Multi-national organisation with clients across the globe. They are currently seeking a Credit & Billings administrator to join their growing finance team. You must be fluent in German to apply.

The role

Reporting to the Regional Billing and Cash Collection Manager some of the key responsibilities are:

  • To process and invoice orders received from the Sales Teams accurately in a timely manner
  • To process invoices for e-billing customers
  • To ensure that the Region's cash collection target is met on a monthly basis
  • Record and post payments
  • Process and send monthly billing invoices for all revenue types
  • To create and maintain reports and views teams to improve functionality
  • To create invoices for the whole Region (Germany, UK, Finland & Sweden)
  • To manage direct debit processes
  • To support the Billing and Credit Manager, as required

The successful candidate will need

  • Fluent German
  • Experience of working in a similar role with invoice and billing experience
  • Able to work to a high degree of accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
  • Experience of dealing with customer calls and doing administrative work
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to resolve exceptions and disputes as well as manage client expectations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
