About the Job
The Billing Accountant will oversee the billing process, manage bank reconciliations, maintain the fixed asset register, and support other financial operations within the organisation.
Duties will include:

Managing the accurate and timely billing of fees and extra charges

Handling client queries and direct debit processing

Conducting daily bank reconciliations and posting cash receipts and payments

Updating the Fixed Asset Register

Reconciling balance sheet accounts

Supporting year-end accounts
-
Assisting with audits
About the Successful Applicant
-
The ideal candidate will hold an accounting qualification (AAT or similar)

Previous experience in a similar role
-
Intermediate Excel skills
-
Excellent organisation skills
-
Previous experience with financial accounts systems
-
Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.
