Assistant Finance Analyst - £25,000 - £28,000 - Oxford

The company

A successful, global business from the United States with UK offices based in Oxford.

The role

This well-established business currently require an Assistant Finance Analyst to provide analytical reports and aid the financial controller to help drive the business forward. The Assistant Finance Analyst's duties would include but are not limited to:

  • Monthly reconciliation of company bank accounts

  • Assisting with the monthly revenue reporting

  • Management of regular cash flow reports

  • Analysis of revenue accruals

  • Processing of staff expenses inclusive of company credit cards

  • Management of balance sheet reconciliations

  • Assisting with various financial reports

  • Any further ad-hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

To be successful in this position the ideal candidate will:

  • Have previous experience within a finance function or be a recent finance & accounting graduate

  • Have a firm understanding of double entry accounting

  • Be a team player with strong communications skills (written & verbal)

  • Be a proficient user of Microsoft Excel (V look ups & Pivot tables)
