Administration Clerk - £10 - £12 per hour - Woking - 2 month temporary contract
My client requires an Administration Clerk for a period of two months. This is a fantastic role working for a charity striving to make the world a better place.
Key duties:
Manage logistical requirements and the organisation of workshops
Manage departmental travel, including flights and visas
Manage contracts and suppliers, and process invoices and internal recharges
Manage purchase processes and requisitions on behalf of the three teams and Executive Director, using SAP
Manage records of orders, expenditures and reconciliation of systems
Oversight of financial and procurement activities for the department
Provide support and information to the annual budgeting process
Provide general administrative support to department's teams
Lead on identifying and implementing improvements to the administrative processes within the department
What you will need to be successful:
Previous administration experience
Available immediately
SAP experience
