Administration Clerk - £10 - £12 per hour - Woking - 2 month temporary contract

My client requires an Administration Clerk for a period of two months. This is a fantastic role working for a charity striving to make the world a better place.

Key duties:

  • Manage logistical requirements and the organisation of workshops

  • Manage departmental travel, including flights and visas

  • Manage contracts and suppliers, and process invoices and internal recharges

  • Manage purchase processes and requisitions on behalf of the three teams and Executive Director, using SAP

  • Manage records of orders, expenditures and reconciliation of systems

  • Oversight of financial and procurement activities for the department

  • Provide support and information to the annual budgeting process

  • Provide general administrative support to department's teams

  • Lead on identifying and implementing improvements to the administrative processes within the department

What you will need to be successful:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Available immediately

  • SAP experience
