The company & Role

Wade Macdonald is partnering with a commercially minded not for profit organisation based on the outskirts of Bracknell. The administrator will support the HR team in the delivery of a high quality, efficient HR service across the organisation, with a strong focus on excellent customer service. The administrator will support the HR function with particular focus on data input, employee records, recruitment support and operational HR administration.

What you will need to be successful

  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of confidentiality

  • Previous experience of working within a confidential environment

  • Strong communication skills - both written and spoken
