Administrator - Up to £23,000 - Banbury

Our Client:

An exiting organisation who have gone through a period of extensive growth. A large local employer, with further bases around the midlands.

The role:

Reviewing and checking the monthly invoices to ensure accuracy. Working with the sales and account management team to ensure that all the required information has been provided in advance of billing as well as supporting the business around the collection of bad debt.

Some of the main Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for the monthly invoicing runs
  • Annual inflation updates
  • Working with Sales to set up new clients
  • Contribute to the data structuring to ensure the best information is provided within analysis
  • Continued improvement to processes and operations
  • Ensure successful uploads of Direct Debit collection from customers
  • Assist in debt collections in combination with sales and account management
  • Accounting tasks: any monthly journals, raising of adhoc AR invoices, balance sheet reconciliations
  • Production of data for staff bonus calculations
