The role
Hands on role working within the HR team, role will include:
Dealing with queries
Carrying out recruitment check
Ensuring that information is uploaded onto the system
Liaise with IT and Payroll
Generate offer letters
Help to on-board employees
Processing leavers
Supporting recruitment activities
Producing reports
Supporting Hr projects
What you will need to be successful
Ideally this role would suit someone with a solid track record in administration perhaps looking to move into their first HR role.
The role is based in the office 5 days per week and therefore would suit someone who is happy to work in and office full time.
Good communication skills
Good Outlook, Excel and Word
Good numeracy skills
Previous experience in admin and good organisation skills
