Interim Accounts Receivable Manager - Oxford (2-3 days a week in the office) - £150 - £225 per day
The Organisation:
A global organisation that offers an extensive range of services to their target audience. Currently this organisation is at an exciting stage of growth, rapidly expanding its customer base within an ambitious 5-year strategy. They offer an incredibly supportive environment in which their staff constantly learn and evolve; a place where ideas are embraced.
The Role:
A key role within the Financial Control Team. The role leads a team of 6, that are responsible for the full cycle of revenue and accounts receivable activities, including month-end process. The role also has a remit of driving continuous improvements to deliver streamlined and standardised processes.
Manage and develop the Revenue Team (6 people)
Oversee and monitor the end-to-end finance processes (payments, refunds, credit notes, invoicing)
Ensure the Group's policies and standards relating to accounts receivable and revenue activities are adhered to
Liaise and assist with internal and external auditors
Maintain KPIs to manage and report on the performance of the team
Maintain robust controls around the end-to-end processes managed by the team
Month end process
Provide induction and coaching to new team members, and create a performance culture within the team
Support any other ad-hoc activities and projects relating to finance as requested
The Successful Candidate
You will be a hardworking and resilient finance professional with experience of managing accounts receivable teams. You will have experience of a multi-currency environment and have an analytical mindset. Strong communication skills are essential.
