Interim Accounts Receivable Manager - Oxford (2-3 days a week in the office) - £150 - £225 per day

The Organisation:

The Role:

A key role within the Financial Control Team. The role leads a team of 6, that are responsible for the full cycle of revenue and accounts receivable activities, including month-end process. The role also has a remit of driving continuous improvements to deliver streamlined and standardised processes.

  • Manage and develop the Revenue Team (6 people)

  • Oversee and monitor the end-to-end finance processes (payments, refunds, credit notes, invoicing)

  • Ensure the Group's policies and standards relating to accounts receivable and revenue activities are adhered to

  • Liaise and assist with internal and external auditors

  • Maintain KPIs to manage and report on the performance of the team

  • Maintain robust controls around the end-to-end processes managed by the team

  • Month end process

  • Provide induction and coaching to new team members, and create a performance culture within the team

  • Support any other ad-hoc activities and projects relating to finance as requested

The Successful Candidate

You will be a hardworking and resilient finance professional with experience of managing accounts receivable teams. You will have experience of a multi-currency environment and have an analytical mindset. Strong communication skills are essential.
