Our Client:

We have been approached by a global healthcare organisation who are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity to join an outstanding organisation who are at the forefront of their sector and who are looking for a pro-active Accounts Receivable Administrator.

About The Role:

An Accounts Receivable Administrator who will work across the finance team and process finance transactions, resolving any queries relating to bank reconciliations or payments.

  • Process payments to ensure up to date ledger information
  • Review and act on unallocated cash to keep to a minimum
  • Reduce the debtor balance and debtor days
  • Reconcile transaction data to external sources
  • Ensure invoice queries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Perform credit checks for new accounts
  • Produce aged debt reports
  • Liaise with internal external audits where required

What you will need to be successful:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of banking or balance sheet reconciliations.

  • Previous experience of working to monthly targets and working within a large team
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels
  • Good attention to detail
