Accounts Payable Team Lead - Up To £35,000 - Chiswick
The company
Wade Macdonald are delighted to be partnering with a renowned global client, who are seeking an Accounts Payable Team Lead on a permanent basis.
The role
This position will be focused around the supervision of the wider accounts payable department. Duties include, but are not limited to:
Performance monitoring and management
Posting purchase order invoices
Statement reconciliations
Assisting with weekly and monthly cash flow operations
Reconciliation of inter-company balances
Balance sheet reconciliations
Providing strategic internal improvements to further develop the accounts payable department
Ad hoc duties as required
What you'll need to be successful
Aside from 2+ years of experience of accounts payable supervision, applicants should:
Demonstrate the ability to communicate well both orally and in writing
Hold excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Possess good time management
Have a strong analytical mind and background
Show strong experience of Oracle systems
Prove further experience through a professional finance qualification (ACCA/CIMA)
A second European language is desirable, but not essential
