The company
Opportunity to join an impressive business as they continue to grow and have some amazing plans for future growth. As they now have a number of clients, they are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Specialist - Purchase Ledger Specialist work on client accounts.
The role
This is a hands on role where you will be working on a number of high profile client accounts and be responsible for controlling their accounts payable functions.
In this role you will deal with
Processing invoices
Dealing with inboxes
Responding to queries
Reconciling the invoices ensuring that the information is accurate
Liaising with the clients where required to gain further information
What you will need to be successful
You will need to have experience in Accounts Payable and you will need to demonstrate experience in management of inboxes, being able to deal with queries. Ideally you will have worked in a firm of accountants or an outsourcing firm and have experience of controlling purchase ledger / accounts payable for a number of clients.
