Accounts Payable Clerk (6 Month Contract)

The company
This international business with phenomenal growth and an exciting plan for continued expansion for the next 5 years are seeking to appoint an experience individual with strong accounts payable experience into the team for a period of 6 months.
The role
The AP Clerk is a key role within the payable team, supporting the manager and includes:
Processing invoices
Credit notes and refunds
Resolve discrepancies
Creating automated payment runs
Bank reconciliations
Set up suppliers
Reconciliation of supplier statements
Intercompany reconciliation
Assisting with month end and balance sheet reconciliation
What you will need to be successful
Available immediately or at short notice and able to commit for a period of 6 months to be considered for this role you will need to show experience in:
Accounts payable processing
Multi-currency
Good analytical skills
Ideally experience in Oracle or an ERP system
In addition you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work to deadlines and happy to be in a high volume environment.
