I am working with a great company who are a world leading provided in their industry recruit for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their fast growing team!

The role

Reporting directly to the Management Accountant - You will be working within a high volume Accounts Payable team assisting with the following duties:

  • Coding, posting and attaching Purchase Invoices and staff expenses, ensuring the purchase order process has been followed.

  • Process intercompany recharges.

  • Processing payment runs.

  • statement reconciliations

  • Dealing with Queries

  • Assist in recording accruals and prepayments based on expected expenses.

  • Ad-Hoc duties

What you'll need to be successful

You will have a minimum of 2 year's experience working in an Accounts payable role within a high volume environment as well as:

  • Ability to prioritise tasks

  • Strong analytical and IT skills particularly in MS Excel

  • Great communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Self motivated

  • Experience of RTPro and Acumatica - would be an advantage
