Accounts Payable Clerk

The company
I am currently working with a well renowned client in Bracknell who are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join the team. They are offering a hybrid working arrangement with one or two days per week in the office.
The role
Reporting directly to the Accounts Payable manager - you will be working within the Finance team and be responsible for carrying out the following duties:
Accounts Payable reconciliations
Support the Accounts Payable manager with reviewing and updating the P2P process
Support the Accounts Payable manager with expenses related activities
Invoicing query support
Processing of Emergency and Down Payment business requests
Raising of self-bill purchase orders
Backup for finance cheque run and banking
Adhoc support for AP management related items
What you'll need to be successful
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within a similar role as well as:
Ability to demonstrate a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Effective organiser with ability to prioritise workload
Proactive attitude with willingness to support others
Demonstrate ability to build effective working relationships
Attention to detail.
Strong communication and presentation skills
