Accounts Payable Clerk

3 Month initially - Hybrid Working

Camberley, £13-15 per hour

The company

An impressive organisation with a stable team and plans for strategic growth in the future are seeking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk initially for three months to come in and hit the ground running and help clear the backlog of invoices after a system implementation

A hybrid model of working is in place already with 2 days working from home and 3 in the office

The role

  • Processing invoices

  • Checking of invoice lines automatically matched by the system before transfer for payment

  • Validation of supplier bank details over the phone

  • Resolution of supplier queries.

  • Setting up new payments

What you will need to be successful

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong, working knowledge of excel

  • The ability to work under pressure and with high volumes

  • A can-do attitude
