The company
This international business with phenomenal growth and an exciting plan for continued expansion for the next 5 years are seeking to appoint an experience individual with strong accounts payable experience to join their friendly team of six
The role
The AP Clerk is a key role within the payable team, supporting the manager and includes:
- Processing invoices
- Credit notes and refunds
- Resolve discrepancies
- Creating automated payment runs
- Bank reconciliations
- Set up suppliers
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Intercompany reconciliation
- Assisting with month end and balance sheet reconciliation
What you will need to be successful
- Accounts payable processing
- Multi-currency
- Good analytical skills
- Ideally experience in Oracle or an ERP system
In addition you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work to deadlines and happy to be in a high volume environment.
