A Leading supplier within their industry - this is a global company who strive to provide an efficient service and support their clients.
The company are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join the Finance team to provide support and assist with the following:
Post sales and purchase invoices to the ledgers
Post the bank receipts and bank payments to the ledgers
Produce weekly reconciliation of supplier statements.
Process the payment of authorised invoices.
Set up new customers and suppliers
Deal with incoming enquiries
Other Ad-hoc duties
What you'll need to be successful
You will have at least two years' experience within a similar role and have the ability to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines as well as:
AAT Qualified (desirable)
Knowledge of sage 200
Intermediate excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills
Able to use your own initiative and have good problem-solving skills
