Are you looking for a new challenge?

I am working with a well-established company based in Basingstoke who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team!

The role

  • Setting up and managing contracts

  • Raising invoices

  • Assisting in the coding of invoices

  • Request any overdue returns

  • Reconciliations

  • Request any overdue payments by phone and email

  • Resolving and responding to queries to the agreed service level, accurately and legibly in line with departmental standards

  • Other Ad-hoc duties

What you need to be successful

  • Previous experience working with data and numbers

  • Previous experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable duties

  • Ability to build positive working relationships

  • Intermediate excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills
