I am working with a well-established company based in Basingstoke who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team!
The role
Setting up and managing contracts
Raising invoices
Assisting in the coding of invoices
Request any overdue returns
Reconciliations
Request any overdue payments by phone and email
Resolving and responding to queries to the agreed service level, accurately and legibly in line with departmental standards
Other Ad-hoc duties
What you need to be successful
Previous experience working with data and numbers
Previous experience of Accounts Payable and Accounts receivable duties
Ability to build positive working relationships
Intermediate excel skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
