Talent Acquisition Manager - Central Oxford, Hyrbid, Salary: £55-£65,000
Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a successful career working across EMEA and APAC? Want to work with an ever-growing business ? They are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team and help with its continued growth.
Leading a team of 4 you will report to the HR Director and be passionate about developing people and securing talent into the orgnisation.
You will need a background in talent acquisition and be able to demonstrate a successful track record of sourcing and selecting the right blend of candidates for the buiness needs.
You’ll take control of the full recruitment cycle, from devising and deploying proactive talent acquisition strategies to advising the business on the right candidate for the right post. You’ll be creating recruitment campaigns, formatting and managing job adverts through to leading on salary reviews and contracts. - You’ll need to have considerable experience in Talent Acquisition and this will need to be ideally across EMEA, APAC regions.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A natural ability to think strategically
- Highly organised with a commercial mind set
- The ability to devise and deploy proactive recruitment campaigns
- Experience leading salary reviews and contracts
Working Hours
This is a hybrid role, the minimum is 2 days per week in the office. The business have a number of other impressive benefits.
