Shared Service Centre Administrator - Bracknell - £23,000 - £25,000 Per annum

Wade Macdonald are working with a fantastic global business in Bracknell. This well-established business are looking for an experienced Shared Service Centre Administrator to join their busy team.

As the Shared Service Centre Administrator your duties would include:

  • Provide administrative and executive support
  • Co-ordinate all aspects of the Directors diary
  • Creation of presentations, spreadsheets and other documents
  • Co-ordinate travel arrangements
  • Manage Purchase Orders relating to the Director
  • Assist / undertake preparation of ad-hoc reports and special projects as required
  • Manage logistics for any SSC events
  • Be the SSC contact and coordinator for the Query Handling System
  • Ensure FHS queries are managed through to a satisfactory conclusion and provide reports to the Director on any open / aged items
  • Co-ordinate the completion of Key Incident Reports (KIR) within the EMEA SSC to ensure lessons learnt are identified and implemented
  • Continue to look for ways to improve the administrative processes within the SSC

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous shared service experience
  • Previous experience of a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages; Excel, Word etc.
  • Fostering team spirit / environment
  • Flexible to work outside the normal scope or responsibility
  • Perform organisational duties / ad-hoc projects as required
  • Ability to work and deliver collaboratively across a complex global matrix organisation
