** Senior HR Advisor - Uxbridge - £45,000 plus great Benefits **

Wade Macdonald are working exclusively with a well-known company who are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join their HR team. This role will be to provide a very high level of advisory support to senior managers and employees across their business. As a Senior HR Advisor, you will focus mainly on employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management, employee benefits, payroll & pensions and training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance on complex employee relations issues, advising, interpreting and applying company policy and current legislation to ensure consistent and fair decisions are implemented and to enable line managers to lead effectively, applying disciplinary procedures where appropriate.

  • Support managers with investigations, provide effective notes, and produce reports for hearings. Lead investigation meetings where appropriate.

  • Business Partner with department heads, provide a business focused HR service tailored to meet the needs of the business whilst maintaining alignment with the Company's HR processes and policies. Periodically review and update HR Policies and Procedures in line with legislation updates and organisational changes.

  • Assist with the annual budget submission for the HR team, compiling and reviewing previous year's budget and forecasting requirements for the following year;

  • Work with HR manager department heads to forecast their resourcing requirements and ensure that the request to hire procedure is followed;

  • Use HRIS system to run reports to analyse information and update HR KPI information. Provide commentary on HR KPI's escalating to HR manager as appropriate;

  • In conjunction with hiring managers, draw up on-boarding schedules for senior management, setting up meetings in line with the business process;

  • Work with the HR Assistant to manage the monthly payroll and pension information to ensure it is accurate and submitted in line with deadlines. Update HRIS as appropriate. Escalate queries where required;

  • Ensure that all internal promotions/changes are in line with business needs/requirements and all necessary paperwork is produced and submitted to EMEA Compensation and Benefits.

  • Work with the HR Manager to understand department and individual training needs across the organisation; provide solutions and run training where appropriate;

To be considered for this fantastic role you with be CIPD Qualified and have experience working in a corporate office within HR.
