**Senior Finance Analyst (Payroll) - Near Slough - Paying up to £45k**

Wade Macdonald are working with a fantastic Global organisation based near Maidenhead with the recruitment of a brand new position within the company of Senior Finance Analyst (Payroll). This is an exciting position that offers a clear path for leadership and seniority. Having responsibility for the UK based payroll process, you will ensure complete, reconciled, and approved files are provided to bureau on time. This role will also oversee the financial controls and accurate accounting, including P&L cost centre postings, balance sheet reconciliations and SOX controls.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Finance Analyst (Payroll):

  • Working closely in a small team and the country bureaus to manage the payrolls for European entities, ensuring all inputs are accurately processed.

  • Ensure payroll balance sheet accounts are reconciled and costs accurately posted to the right cost centres.

  • Ensure compliance with SOX.

  • Strive to help to implement process and system continuous improvements.

  • Satisfy any Payroll process requests from external, internal, SOX and HMRC auditors.

  • Query resolution.

To be considered for the role of Senior Finance Analyst (Payroll), you will be…

  • Experienced in the UK end-end payroll process

  • Familiar with CIPP or GPA with the ambition to qualify or even qualified already.

  • Experienced with having involvement with more accounting-based activities

  • A strategic and analytical thinker.
