**EMEA Payroll Manager - Located in Slough or London - Paying up to £65k per annum**

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to secure multiple payroll services for UK and European employees. The successful candidate will work from either the companies Slough or London office and will provide an effective, efficient and secure payroll service for UK and European employees. The ideal candidate will be able a real problem-solver and able to work with minimal supervision. You will supervise the Payroll Assistant within a very small team.

Accountabilities of EMEA Payroll Manager:

  • Manage monthly payroll for all employees in UK and European offices.

  • Maintain relationships with outsourced payroll provider.

  • Manage reconciliation of expenses.

  • Ensure all payroll deductions (including statutory) are collected and paid in time.

  • Respond to employee queries & HMRC and European authorities.

  • Respond to queries from accountants/auditors relating to staff costs variances.
    Reporting of Staff Costs to Group Finance and auditors at the end of the company's financial year for disclosure in the Group Accounts, and respond to auditors queries.
  • Prepare payroll cost reports, budgets and forecasts.

  • Other ad-hoc payroll related exercises.

Requirements of EMEA Payroll Manager:

  • Experienced within EMEA payroll.

  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.

  • Problem solving experience.
