Payroll Manager, West London, Hybrid, £50,000 - £60,000
My client, a world leading business in the entertainment and leisure industry are looking for a senior payroll professional to take on the management of the payroll for the UK business whilst taking accountability for continuous improvement and best practices for the group.
What will your responsibilities in the role be?
- Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness, handling payroll changes, audits and inquires effectively. Provide training and support for line managers.
- Ensuring legal compliance with Payroll and HMRC requirements. Managing relationships with external bodies and internal stakeholders effectively.
- Plan and manage efficient year-end payroll process, administering company benefits accurately and timely.
- Manage external payroll providers and ensure adherence to standards. Handling international payroll and contribute to best practices.
What experience do you need for the role?
- Proven senior payroll professional with extensive experience in the UK. Dynamic understanding of dynamic payrolls in customer facing industries.
- Up to date on legislative requirements for payroll processing. Proficient in implementing payroll processes and providing training.
- Skilled in building effective relationships with internal and external parties, and managing payrolls for corporate environments.
