** Part-Time Interim Recruitment Officer - Slough - 3 Months Initially - £150 Per Day **

This role can be worked over 3 full day or over 5 days with shorter hours.

Working for a super tech business, the Interim Recruiter will need to provide recruitment support to the UK & EMEA client group. Key feature include: -

  • To support the business recruitment activity.

  • To negotiate with and manage agencies to provide timely and appropriate candidate details, both contract and permanent.

  • To use social media LinkedIn etc. to source candidates

  • Schedule, organise and participate in interviews.

  • Establish and maintain database of cvs.

  • Additional administrative tasks as requested by the Human Resources Manager.

Ideal candidate experience: -

  • At least 3 years previous experience of recruitment, experience of some technical recruitment would be an advantage

  • A working knowledge of employment legislation is desirable

  • Excellent MS Office skills

The ideal candidate will be able to challenge line managers, be pragmatic and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be self-motivated, have a high level of attention to detail, be results orientated and tenacious.
