Office Administrator - Basingstoke - up to £19,000 depending on experience

Our client is seeking an Office Administrator to join their organisation based in Basingstoke; this role will be to provide administrative support to the organisation.

Duties to include;

  • Greeting visitors including customers and directing enquiries.

  • Responsible for receiving and directing incoming calls from the main switchboard to the relevant department or individual and/or taking messages.

  • Acting as liaison where required e.g. arranging meetings and liaising with internal and external contacts as necessary.

  • Recording and providing information and data where this is required and producing related reports.

  • Dealing with any post, recycling and requests for support.

  • Monitor levels of stationery and order supplies to ensure enough stock. Order supplies once approved including specific items. Keep the stationery cupboards tidy.

  • Matching invoices to orders and invoices.

  • Filing of purchase orders, sales delivery notes, remittance advices, statement and letters etc.

To be considered for this role you will have a strong education background within English, Numeracy and IT. You will have hands on experience of working in an office environment with an understanding of business. Professional approach and used to working within a team and with staff at all levels.
