Lease Accountant - up to £70,000 Per Annum, Slough – Hybrid
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Lease Accountant to join our client’s manufacturing business.
The successful applicant will be able to work in a hybrid manner, twice weekly from home and thrice weekly in the office.
The ideal candidate should have several years of experience in Technical Accounting, with specific expertise and knowledge in Lease Accounting and demonstrable experience in legal compliance.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing our client’s portfolio of lease obligations, advising on commitments, managing the renewal process
- Liaising with stakeholders at all levels
- Dealing with complex financial models and providing expert advice on IFRS 16 and accounting regulations.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with an attractive remuneration package of up to £70,000 per annum along with several other benefits. We’re looking for:
- An experienced and qualified Accountant with a minimum of three years’ experience.
- Exceptional knowledge and understanding of IFRS 16, Debt and Lease Accounting.
- Strong Analytical and technical Accounting Skills.
- An ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
