Are you able to break down what a business needs and translate this into functional learning solutions. Are you pragmatic, are you a “roll up sleeves” person who is comfortable with both the strategic and administrative elements of a roll ?

If this sounds like you and you have experience in working in a multi-site operation and are keen to join a business where you can truly impact the future of its colleagues through the development of learning programs then this could be an amazing opportunity for you.

The Role

This is truly brilliant opportunity for someone to join a business and lead the Learning and Development offering, the role includes:

  • Create dashboard and analytics for management reporting

The business is looking for someone down to earth, you need to be able to communicate effectively across all levels but will have the fundamental background in Learning and Development to impart your knowledge and training capabilities to up-skill people.

Hands on – you will be doing everything from the admin to the design and creation.

A multi-site and global business this will require someone with previous experience in a multi-site business.

Communication, collaboration, facilitations, delivery focused, a people person, pragmatic….if you feel that these are how you would describe yourself and are successful then this role will offer you a host of benefits including: bonus, car allowance, private medical insurance, 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays), employee discounts.
