Do you have a background in Learning and Development, able to deliver training and also create content for the training you will then roll out ? This is a super role, working with an impressive, people centric business where you will work across EMEA region and deliver a blended solution of both virtual and face-to-face training.

Working with the wider L&D team in this role you will:

  • Design and develop multi-media virtual and face-to-face training
  • Travel to sites across Europe and UK to deliver training (approximately 10-20% of the time)
  • Produce reports, analyse the response to training delivered as well as ROI
  • Review and monitor feedback
  • Collaborate with members of the L&D and wider business
  • Ensure compliance
  • Engage with stakeholders

This is a role in which you will train in areas ranging from influencing skills and time-management to neurodiversity. So  there is a lot of incredibly interesting work to do along side, health and safety, leadership management, operations and compliance.

To be considered:

  • You need to be able to demonstrate a background of delivering training so confidence in presentation but also the ability to really engage people and get them to partcipate and be energised by the training.
  • There is a lot to learn here and so you need the ability to be able to research some subjects.
  • Good communication skills are paramount, travelling to UK sites and Europe - although not excessive you do need to be able to travel.
  • A role supporting the business on a global scale so previous experience of working globally is needed.
  • Track record in L&D - would be great, it would be especially great if you are fluent in another European language (ideally German or French) but this is not a pre-requisite for the role.
  • Experience of working in fast paced environment

Why would you want to work here?

A poeple centric business, that has an exceptional reputation in the market. Great opportunity for growth, healthcare, good annual leave, share options, parking and hybrid working is available after a qualifing period.
