** Interim Reward Manager (Projects) - Slough - 9 to 12 Months - £400 to £450 per day **

Working for a prestigious and high profile organisation, the Interim Reward Manager will be required to provide leadership and expertise to HR team and the business in the world of reward, ensuring the delivery of relevant and business focused policies and practices, that will drive business performance. This exciting role will also incorporate and number of interesting projects. A few key features include:

  • Help develop the strategic direction of Compensation and Benefits for the HR Director and HR Executive team

  • Build a Total Compensation and Benefits plan in conjunction with key stakeholders (especially the Head of Organisation Development) to deliver against strategic priorities for Talent and required business performance

  • Consult with HR Leads and HRBP to agree priorities and supports the development and implementation of specific initiatives and projects ensuring alignment with HR strategy

  • Benchmark with comparable organisations to maintain desired market position and capture and share best practice

  • Manage the process of grade allocation for new roles and review existing roles using job evaluation; trains those internally who need to use the framework

  • Use metrics, reporting and data to enable analysis of Comp and Ben trends

  • Work with Procurement to ensure effective selection and management of 3rd party vendors and agreements

Projects will include: - Due to acquisition, the interim Reward Manager will merge the reward piece for the business, assist with managing the intergrated working systems project for various sites and assist with managing an exciting payroll project!
