Interim Financial Controller

Based Near High Wycombe

Exceptional opportunity for a hands on Finance Manager / Controller to join an impressive business. Management of a small team in finance you will work both in a hands on capacity but also at an operational level. You will need to be a qualified accountant able to demonstrate relevant experience.

As the interim financial controller you will have management responsibility for the AP and Management Accounting elements of the business.

Working with the business to ensure budgets and forecasts are monitored and analysed

Approve the management accounts

Attend management meetings and present management information to the senior management team

On the more operational side this role of Interim Financial Controller will see you reviewing current processes and policies. Working with the financial director to investigate the integrity of the business. This role requires someone who is proactive, the business is looking for someone who can identify and make the changes needed for the business to succeed moving forward so an ability and previous experience in this would be required.

Great opportunity for someone to really impact the future of this business and impart knowledge and experience already gained. Systems knowledge needs to include Advanced Excel so ideally beyond the capability of Pivot tables, in additional experience of using Sage products is highly desirable.
