I am excited to say I am partnered up with a multi-national corporate organisation that are looking for someone to join their HR team! The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years’ experience in an HR generalist role and be confident at managing their own workload. This sort of role would suit a HR admin wanting to explore their options and looking for the next step up!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

The main purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager and Senior HR Specialist by providing comprehensive and professional HR service to all staff. It is a very generalist role, and you will be getting involved in:

  • Running recruitment campaigns
  • Supporting with the recruitment process
  • Pre employment and reference checks
  • Maintaining staff database
  • Support with ER cases
  • Notetaker in investigation meetings
  • Liaising with different managers
  • Monitor procedures and processes
  • Provide development of the HR database
  • Manage relationships
  • Health and safety

 

What experience do you need?

  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent
  • 2-3 years HR generalist experience
  • Previous recruitment experience
  • Note taking in ER meetings
  • Dealt with some ER cases (advantage)
  • Working in a commercial/finance organisation (advantage)
  • Payroll admin (desirable)
  • Computer literate
