HR Data Analytics Manager, London, £60,000-£70,000 plus benefits including hybrid working.
Do you thrive in a high-pressure environment and have the passion to drive the utilisation of data and analytics to inform people decision and support the HR team? If you have a passion for data, the ability to analyse, report and propose actionable insights from data and have a proven track record working with large HR datasets, mostly critically you will need to have experience with Power BI.
What will you be doing?
As our People Analytics Manager you will analyse data to create insights that will inform people-related decisions while providing trend analysis reports to support the HR team. Your key responsibilites will include but are not limited to:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive data analysis and dashboards for the HR team
- Providing forecasting and scenario analysis
- Regular data quality audits and cleansing
- Collaborating with the HR team to develop relevant analytic capabilities
- Refine, develop, enhance and create better reporting
- Management of a small team including training, mentoring
- Working with all levels across the organisation
- Influence the time scales of delivery
What experience do you need?
- POWER BI - is a must
- Background of working with HR Data Analytics
- Experience in leadership and mentoring
