**HR Co-ordinator - up to £28,000 depending on experience -Maidenhead**

The company:

Wade Macdonald are working with a well-established and highly thought of organisation who are keen to hire a HR Co-ordinator to join their HR team!

The role:

As a HR Co-ordinator you will provide comprehensive support to the wider HR team including all aspects of administration and co-ordination of the day-to-day running of the department.

  • Maintain the HR system and payroll database and ensuring accurate data input.

  • Collating HR and Payroll reports & metrics including the HR KPI dashboard on a monthly basis.

  • Manage and control all payroll data entries, ensuring all data has been added accurately and within the monthly deadlines.

  • Support recruitment processes, placing advertisements, liaising with recruiters, managing applications.

  • Supporting interviews, providing interview questions and sitting in on interviews etc.

  • Preparing contracts and offer letters and requesting and providing references, checking right to work documentation.

  • Delivering day one induction to new starters

  • To be first line support for employment queries resolving as appropriate or escalating to HR manager where required.

  • Process training requests and support delivery of training by managing delegate lists, communicating with delegates, booking rooms etc.

  • Using social media and internal communications tools to share information and news

  • Create purchase orders and process related invoices

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with a clear and effective communication skills.

  • Strong background experience of working within a generalist HR role

  • Understanding of the Employee Relations process

  • Knowledge of HR Systems

  • Ideally be CIPD qualified to level 3
