HRIS Analyst, £33,000-£36,000, Reading, Hybrid Working

 

An introduction to the company and role:

I have partnered with a large education provider in the Berkshire area and they are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have been working within an HR environment working on data and systems analysis, have a good understanding of HR information systems (HRIS), and will be able to maintain high data integrity. The main responsibilities in the role will be to develop and implement HR operational service improvements, and to provide senior stakeholders with global data driven analysis.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?

This role would report into the Head of HR and some of the responsibilities will include:

  • Building regular global and dashboards
  • Identifying and analysing areas for improvement
  • Undertake trend analysis
  • Producing regular reports and conducting data audits
  • Leading and supporting on HR projects with planning, testing and implementation
  • Acting as a main port of contact for any systems related queries
  • Lead on the development and implementation of processes
  • Work with the L&D team, making recommendations
  • Support pay reviews and benchmarking

 

What experience do you need?

With a background of working in HR already gained you will need to be CIPD qualified (ideally level 5 or 7 or studying towards this level). In addition, the company are seeking someone with:

  • Experience of working HR information systems
  • Experience of training HR systems users
  • UK Employment Law knowledge
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of people analytics
  • Experience of data analysis including report writing
  • Advanced data visualisation tools (Power Bi)
