I am partnered up with a global media company who are looking for an HR Advisor to join one of their divisions. This role has come about because someone in the team has been promoted! They are looking for someone who has strong HR administration and previous advisory experience.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Advice and assist on company policies and procedures
- Liaising with department heads
- Administration of exit interviews
- Adherence to GDPR
- Onboarding
- Conducting pre-employment checks
- Updating and maintaining the HRIS
- Provide assistance for employee relations
What experience do you need?
- Previous HR Advisor experience
- Strong HR administration
- CIPD or equivalent
- Confident communicator
